Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and use tobacco, betel leaf, areca nut, paan masala, or drink alcohol regularly.
  • You have a sore in your mouth that won't heal, white or red patches, trouble opening your mouth, or neck swelling.
  • You are 40 years old or older (even if you don't have any habits or symptoms).
  • You have not already been diagnosed with oral cancer or started treatment for it.
  • You are not being treated for tuberculosis or suffering from another serious illness.
