- You are 18 years or older
- You have non-small cell lung cancer and are in one of these treatment stages: before or after surgery, starting chemo and radiation, or have stage IV cancer
- You can do light physical activity and have no major health issues that prevent exercise
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You speak English
- You can use a computer or tablet for a virtual exercise program
