  • You had surgery to remove lung cancer (stages I to IIIA) between 1 and 12 months ago.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You do not currently do regular, planned exercise (like gym workouts or sports).
  • You are able to use a smartphone or learn how.
  • You speak Dutch and can give informed consent.
