Naxitamab with frontline chemotherapy for high-risk neuroblastoma

This Phase 2 trial tests whether adding a drug called naxitamab to standard early (frontline) treatment improves outcomes for children with high-risk neuroblastoma. It may help by helping the immune system better target the cancer during initial induction therapy.

Maintenance therapy for high-risk neuroblastoma in remission

This trial tests a combination of naxitamab, GM-CSF, and isotretinoin as maintenance therapy for children with high-risk neuroblastoma who have achieved their first complete response after initial treatment. The goal is to help keep the cancer from coming back.

Adding Naxitamb to high-risk neuroblastoma treatment

This trial is for children with high-risk neuroblastoma, a type of nerve cell cancer. It tests adding a new medicine called Naxitamb to standard induction therapy to see if it works better. High-risk means the cancer is advanced or has certain aggressive features.
