Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old with stage IVB cervical cancer (a type that has spread beyond the cervix).
- Your cancer must be a specific type (squamous cell, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous) and not have been treated with chemotherapy or radiation yet.
- You need to have a tumor sample (from a biopsy or previous surgery) available for testing, and your PD-L1 score must be above 1.
- You must be in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate blood counts and organ function.
- You cannot have had certain prior treatments like immunotherapy targeting PD-1/PD-L1, a hysterectomy, or radiation for cervical cancer.
