Who can take part
- You have stage III or IV ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer and are about to start chemotherapy before surgery.
- You can read, write, and speak English.
- You are 18 or older and able to attend virtual sessions using a tablet, laptop, computer, or smartphone with internet.
- You are planning to have surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
- You do not have major memory or thinking problems (like schizophrenia or dementia), severe vision/hearing issues, or extreme mobility problems (needing help to get out of a chair).
- You do not already practice yoga or other mind-body exercises on a regular basis.
