Who can take part

  • You are a registered member of a Macau university basketball or volleyball team.
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have at least 3 to 4 years of competitive basketball or volleyball experience.
  • You have not had a lower body injury or surgery in the past 6 months.
  • You do not have any heart or nerve disease.
