  • You are between 35 and 45 years old
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 30
  • You are planning to undergo IVF
  • You do not have primary ovarian insufficiency (early menopause)
  • You have not had both ovaries removed
  • You are not using donated eggs for this IVF
  • You do not have a known chromosome abnormality, misshapen womb, or severe scar tissue inside the womb
  • You do not have any active cancer
  • You have not used hormone therapy or supplements (including melatonin) in the last 3 months
