Who can take part

  • You are a healthy person (no heart disease, high blood pressure, or liver problems).
  • You are within the study's age range (check with the research team).
  • You are able to ride a stationary bike for a fitness test.
  • You must avoid all caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks) during the study.
  • You have not been sick in the 2 weeks before the study starts.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
