  • You are a healthy adult.
  • You are able to drink coffee.
  • You do not have diabetes, hypoglycemia, gout, osteoporosis, stomach ulcers, pancreatitis, or intestinal blockage.
  • You do not have a fear of blood or confined spaces.
  • You do not have HIV or other serious infections.
  • Your blood pressure and blood sugar are normal.
