  • You have been diagnosed with uveal melanoma (newly, during treatment, or after treatment).
  • You are enrolled in or have health insurance (social security).
  • You do not have a known mutation in the BAP1 or MBD4 genes.
  • You are willing to have your genes tested for research purposes.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are not under court-ordered guardianship.
