Who can take part

  • You have advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery
  • Your cancer got worse while on standard first-line immunotherapy, but your doctor wants you to stay on that same treatment
  • Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh class A) and you are up and active (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • You are 18 or older and willing to take a probiotic capsule
  • You do not have serious other health issues like uncontrolled infections, autoimmune disease, or recent major surgery
