This trial tests a new combination for advanced stomach cancer: an experimental probiotic (EXL01) plus standard immunotherapy (nivolumab) and chemotherapy (FOLFOX). It is for people whose tumors have a high PD-L1 marker and who have not received prior treatment for advanced disease.

This trial tests an investigational microbiome therapy (EXL01) combined with nivolumab (an immunotherapy) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer continued to grow after standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if adding EXL01 can help the immune system fight the cancer again.

This study tests a new oral treatment called EXL01 to see if it can prevent Crohn's disease from coming back after surgery to remove part of the small and large intestine. It may be an option if you are not planning to use strong immune-suppressing drugs (except anti-TNF) in the next 6 months.

This trial tests whether adding a live bacteria pill (EXL01) to standard immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) helps treat advanced or metastatic kidney cancer that has clear cells. You may join if you have not had prior immunotherapy and your cancer has not been treated before (except possibly after surgery).
