Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with scleroderma (systemic sclerosis)
  • Your treatment has been steady for the last 3 months
  • You do not exercise regularly (less than once a week)
  • You do not have other chronic lung or heart problems
  • You do not smoke
  • You do not have leg or back issues that prevent cycling
