Breathing Muscle Training for Scleroderma

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with scleroderma.
  • Your medications for scleroderma have not changed in the last 3 months.
  • You are willing and able to follow the study instructions.
  • You can read and write.
  • You do not have any other serious health problems like cancer, pregnancy, or conditions that make exercise hard.
