This study is testing whether the CERAMENT G bone filler can help treat chronic bone infections (osteomyelitis) when doctors remove the infected bone in a single surgery. It is for people who have had symptoms for at least six months and need the bone gap filled after surgery.

Who can take part
- You have a bone infection (osteomyelitis) that has lasted at least 6 months.
- Your doctor plans to remove the infected bone and fill the space with CERAMENT G in one operation.
- You have at least one of these signs: a sinus (tunnel from the bone to the skin), an abscess (pus pocket), positive tissue tests, or multiple lab cultures showing the same bacteria.
- After the infected bone is removed, the gap in your bone must be less than 1 cm (about half an inch).
- You do not have any allergy to gentamicin (an antibiotic) or calcium sulfate (a bone filler material).
- You are fully grown (your growth plates are closed).
