  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with episodic or chronic migraine
  • You have tried at least three different migraine prevention medicines without success
  • You have never used CGRP-blocking drugs like Aimovig, Emgality, or Ajovy
  • You do not have other serious health conditions, chronic pain, or substance abuse problems
