- You are a woman between 18 and 50 years old
- You have chronic migraine (at least 15 headache days each month)
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 17 and 30
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or within 3 months of childbirth or miscarriage
- You have not started or changed any migraine prevention medication in the last 3 months
