Who can take part

  • You are a woman between the ages of 20 and 40.
  • You have jaw muscle pain with habits like teeth grinding, clenching, or lip biting.
  • Your waist-height ratio (waist divided by height) is less than 0.5.
  • You have a specific neck angle (measured by a doctor) between 30 and 50 degrees.
  • You do not have any lung, breathing, or nerve/muscle disease that affects your breathing.
