Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • Your knee X-ray shows moderate arthritis (grade 2).
  • You feel tenderness on the inner side of your knee.
  • Your knee pain is at least a 5 out of 10 (moderate to severe).
  • You have tried and not gotten enough relief from at least two different treatments (like medicine, therapy, or shots) in the past 3 months.
  • You do not have diabetes, nerve problems, inflammatory disease, or recent steroid injections in your knee.
