Who can take part

  • You have knee osteoarthritis that is grade 2 or 3 on an x-ray.
  • You are between 40 and 74 years old.
  • You have not had surgery on your knee or hip.
  • You have not had physical therapy or knee injections in the last 6 months.
  • You are not currently doing regular exercise 3 or more days per week.
