Who can take part

  • You have high social anxiety, scored above 26 on a standard questionnaire.
  • You are not currently in therapy or taking psychiatric medication.
  • You do not plan to start therapy or psychiatric treatment soon.
  • You are not having thoughts of suicide.
  • You do not have a serious heart, lung, breathing, or brain condition (like a stroke or epilepsy).
