  • Age 21 to 50 years
  • Experiencing mild to moderate stress (PSS score ≤ 26) and indigestion (functional dyspepsia)
  • No severe anxiety or depression (GAD score ≤ 10, PHQ-9 score ≤ 14)
  • Have at least 4 digestive symptoms like bloating, nausea, or heartburn with a total score of 20 or more
  • Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant; use birth control if able to have children
