  • You are between 21 and 50 years old
  • You have mild to moderate stress (not severe)
  • You have mild to moderate insomnia (trouble sleeping, but not extreme)
  • You may have mild to moderate depression or anxiety, but not severe
  • You are not currently taking any supplements or medications for stress or sleep, and you don't have certain serious medical conditions
