Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had a confirmed COVID-19 infection (tested positive) and were not hospitalized during the initial illness.
  • You have at least two long COVID symptoms, such as fatigue, trouble breathing, or brain fog, that started after COVID and have lasted more than 12 weeks.
  • Your oxygen level is normal at rest and does not drop too much with activity.
  • You do not have a serious heart, lung, or other health condition that could make spa treatment unsafe.
