  • You are 18 or older and agree to take part
  • You have been diagnosed with long COVID by a doctor using the World Health Organization definition
  • You are currently sedentary (not getting regular exercise)
  • You do not have any other serious heart, lung, nerve, blood vessel, or bone/joint problems that would limit your activity
  • You have not been hospitalized for severe or critical COVID-19 in the past
  • You have not had a new COVID-19 infection recently and are not in any other study
