Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have suspected lung cancer and are scheduled for a type of keyhole lung surgery (VATS).
  • You have not had chemotherapy before surgery.
  • You can use a smartphone and read Chinese.
  • You are not already doing a lot of exercise (more than 90 minutes of moderate exercise a week, or more than 60 minutes of hard exercise).
