This study uses advanced genetic testing (genome and RNA sequencing) to find the genetic causes of Parkinsonism that starts before age 40 or runs in families. If you join, you will provide a blood sample and a small skin biopsy to help researchers understand your condition better.

Who can take part
- You developed Parkinsonism symptoms before age 40, or you have a family history of the condition.
- You have had a special brain scan (DaTscan) showing loss of dopamine nerve cells.
- Both your parents are alive and have previously stored DNA samples available for research.
- You are able to understand the study and give your signed consent.
- You have not already been diagnosed with a known genetic cause of Parkinsonism.
