Who can take part
- You are a man 18 or older with metastatic prostate cancer (cancer that has spread).
- Your cancer must be the adenocarcinoma type (not small cell or neuroendocrine).
- Your cancer must have gotten worse after at least 12 weeks of treatment with abiraterone (Zytiga) for early-stage metastatic cancer.
- If you had chemotherapy with docetaxel, it must have been no more than 6 doses and finished more than 6 months ago.
- You need to be in generally good health (able to care for yourself and do light activities).
- You must agree to have tumor biopsies and blood samples taken during the study.
