Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have metastatic prostate cancer that is resistant to hormone therapy (castration-resistant).
- You have a genetic mutation in one of the listed genes such as BRCA1, BRCA2, ATM, or others, shown by a blood or tumor test.
- Your cancer has progressed during or after treatment with abiraterone or darolutamide.
- You can swallow pills whole and are willing to be randomly assigned to either talazoparib alone or with enzalutamide.
- You have not had certain prior treatments, such as a PARP inhibitor or platinum chemotherapy, and you do not have other active cancers.
