- You can read and speak English.
- You have been feeling symptoms of depression recently (like sadness or loss of interest).
- You are not currently in therapy more than once a month, and if you are in therapy, you agree to keep it the same.
- You are willing to avoid starting new therapy while in the study (if you aren't already in therapy).
- You do not have dementia, serious memory loss, or a condition like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
