Who can take part

  • You have kidney cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), either newly diagnosed or growing during treatment.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-3, meaning you are up and about at least half the day).
  • A radiation doctor has confirmed that all your cancer spots can safely receive a very high, precise dose of radiation (SABR).
  • You are able to receive standard drug therapy for kidney cancer (targeted therapy or immunotherapy combination).
  • There is no prior history of radiation therapy to the same cancer spots.
