This study looks at whether the drug guselkumab can help people who have both psoriatic arthritis and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). If you are starting guselkumab for your psoriatic arthritis and have a fatty liver, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You are an adult with psoriatic arthritis diagnosed by a doctor.
- You have at least one swollen joint, tender spot where a tendon attaches to bone (enthesitis), or a psoriatic skin patch.
- You are overweight or obese (BMI 25 or higher, or 23 or higher if you are Asian).
- You are about to start the drug guselkumab (brand name Tremfya) for your psoriatic arthritis as prescribed by your rheumatologist.
- A special ultrasound shows you have extra fat in your liver (at least 288 dB/m on a CAP test), and other causes of liver disease have been ruled out.
- You have not taken certain other medications for psoriatic arthritis before (like IL-12/23, IL-17, JAK, or TYK2 inhibitors, or more than 2 TNF inhibitors).
