Who can take part

  • You are between 22 and 85 years old.
  • Your glaucoma is hard to control—either eye drops don't work well enough, you've had a glaucoma surgery or laser that didn't help, or you have scarring that makes standard surgery risky.
  • You have open-angle or traumatic glaucoma (not other types like angle-closure or pigmentary).
  • Your eye pressure is between 25 and 45 mmHg while on maximum eye drops.
  • You have enough healthy white part of the eye at the top to place the implant.
  • You do not have certain other eye conditions (like active infection, severe corneal problems, or prior eye surgery within 6 months).
