Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have at least 5 years of formal education.
- You currently have symptoms of depression or anxiety.
- You do NOT have a substance use disorder (e.g., alcohol or drug addiction).
- You do NOT have a severe thinking or memory problem (like profound learning disability or dementia).
- You do NOT have active psychosis.
