Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your household is economically vulnerable (low income, food shortages, or little land).
  • Your family agrees to join the program with you.
  • You can read a simple sentence.
  • You have moderate to severe depression symptoms (scored 10 or more on a depression questionnaire).
  • You are not pregnant now, and you don't have serious physical or mental health issues that would make it hard to take part.
