  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have been seen or diagnosed between January 2009 and December 2023.
  • You must have complete medical records, including test results like ECG, echocardiogram, MRI, CTA, or nuclear imaging.
  • You are diagnosed with a heart condition like coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, or valve disease, or you are a healthy person.
  • You must agree to let the research team use your medical data.
