Who can take part
- You have metastatic prostate cancer that is still hormone-sensitive (castration sensitive).
- You have been on ADT (hormone therapy) for 6 to 12 months and on an ARPI pill (e.g., abiraterone, enzalutamide) for at least 4 months.
- Your PSA is 0.2 or higher within the last 28 days, and it has not gone up too much since starting ADT.
- You are healthy enough for chemotherapy (ECOG 0-2) with no major nerve damage or heart disease.
- You have not had chemotherapy with taxanes (like docetaxel) before and are not allergic to drugs with polysorbate 80.
