Who can take part

  • You are between 9 and 18 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months
  • You have internet access on a smartphone or computer
  • You do not have any other physical or mental health condition
  • You are not taking any psychoactive medications
  • You do not use an insulin pump
  • You have not had a major life event (like moving, death, or divorce) in the last 6 months
  • You have not done other mind-body practices (like yoga or guided relaxation) in the last 6 months
