- You are between the ages of 18 and 30.
- You have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (or a similar condition) for at least one year.
- You use a continuous glucose monitor (like a Dexcom or Freestyle Libre) as part of your daily care for at least the past 2 weeks.
- You have a smartphone and can use it.
- You receive diabetes care at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital or Yale New Haven Hospital.
- You are willing to follow the study procedures and available for the full study period.
