  • You are a veteran eligible for VA services.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You speak English.
  • You received acute psychiatric care at a non-VA hospital that works with the VA in Northern New England.
  • You have had recent thoughts of suicide (scored 2 or higher on a standard questionnaire).
