- You have had a positive test for hepatitis B or C (such as HBsAg, HBeAg, HBV DNA, or HCV RNA) or been given a diagnosis code related to liver disease at a public hospital or clinic.
- You had this test or diagnosis at any public hospital or clinic in Hong Kong between January 2000 and March 2024.
- Your age, gender, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status are known (not missing).
