Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 79 years old.
- Your ovarian cancer came back at least 6 months after your last platinum chemo (platinum-sensitive).
- You do NOT have a BRCA1 or BRCA2 gene mutation (wild type).
- Your tumor tests positive for PD-L1 (a protein) and has at least 6 CD8+ immune cells per high-powered field.
- Your surgeon believes all visible recurrent tumors can be completely removed.
- You have not had immunotherapy before.
