  • You are between 20 and 45 years old
  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more)
  • You are in labor and your water has already broken
  • Your baby's heart rate pattern is concerning (category II) and does not improve with oxygen, fluids, or position changes
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study procedures
