Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are at least 36 weeks pregnant with one baby.
  • Your baby is head-down and you are in labor.
  • Your water has broken and your cervix is dilated more than 2 centimeters.
  • You have an epidural for pain relief.
