Radiation, Immunotherapy, and Targeted Therapy Before Lung Cancer Surgery

This trial tests a combination of targeted radiation (SBRT), an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab), and a targeted therapy (anlotinib) given before surgery for people with a certain type of lung cancer that has not spread too far. It aims to see if this approach can shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.
