  • Your baby was born between 24 and 34 weeks of pregnancy
  • Your baby weighed less than 1500 grams (3.3 pounds) at birth
  • Your baby has not had surgery for ROP
  • Your baby does not have a serious health issue that would make imaging unsafe, as decided by the care team
