This study is creating lab-grown mini-tumors (organoids) from your cancer to help doctors choose the best treatment for you. If you have a rare undifferentiated primary carcinoma, your tumor sample could be used to test different drugs before you receive them.

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a rare cancer called undifferentiated primary carcinoma (the cells don't look like they come from a specific organ).
  • You are about to start, or have recently started, your first round of chemotherapy or other systemic treatment (no more than 2 cycles completed).
  • Your doctors expect you to live at least 3 months.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are not in a situation where your freedom is restricted or you are under legal guardianship.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
