Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 35 years old
  • You have lower back pain that is mild to moderate (pain level 3–7 on a 0–10 scale) and only bothers you during sustained positions like sitting or standing
  • Your weight is in a normal range for your height (BMI 18.5–24.9)
  • You have tight hip flexors and lower back muscles, confirmed by simple physical tests
  • You do NOT have numbness, tingling, shooting pain, or leg symptoms when walking
  • You are not pregnant, have not had back surgery, and do not have a spine deformity or degenerative disease
