  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with lower crossed syndrome (muscle tightness in hip flexors and lower back, with weakness in deep abdominal and glute muscles)
  • You do not have cancer or other serious diseases
  • You have not had a significant spine or back injury in the past
  • You do not have spinal curvature problems like scoliosis
  • You are not currently receiving physical therapy or other treatment for this condition
